Welcome to my website!

I would like to boldly state that cancer can be avoided by most of the population with lifestyle changes. Many words have been said regarding this subject and words just don’t cut it anymore.  Cancer is a disease that is in my family. My father and grandfather succombed to cancer  and I do not doubt that it is “waiting for me”.

The purpose of this website is to make the state of my health transparent as well as my lifestyle habits to help myself and others avoid cancer and other common diseases and conditions.
